Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will have to plan, organize, and carry out building projects all over the UAE. From beginning and design through construction and completion, you will manage all phases of project development to guarantee delivery is on time, inside budget, and inside scope.

Leadership and Team Management: You will supervise and manage site engineers, subcontractors, and other personnel on behalf of to ensure the efficiency of workflow and proper milestone adherence. You will oversee productivity, compliance with safety, and quality assurance standards of work scope, elements, and activities for each project.

Acting as a major liaison between clients, advisors, and subcontractors, managing communications, solving problems as necessary, the role demands you. They emerge and guarantee all stakeholders are kept current on the progress of the project. Your capacity to concisely transmit technical and strategic data is most important.

Budgeting and Cost Control: You will prepare project budgets, track costs, and report discrepancies. You will closely collaborate with procurement and finance departments in the allocation of resources to ensure the project remains financially sustainable.

Part of your daily duties will be keeping up good construction methods and guaranteeing compliance with global building codes and UAE laws. You will oversee all website activity, do inspections, and make sure appropriate corrective measures are taken when necessary.

You will oversee the creation of every project document including reports, work progress records, RFIs, and handover bundles. Proper documentation for every phase of construction is essential for future reference and project tracking.
