Job Description

Project Leadership: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all project phases are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients will be essential for success in this role.

Planning and Execution: You will have to create thorough project plans including risk evaluations, resource assignments, and timetables. Your ability to forecast possible problems and create backup plans will be very important. Experience designing commercial or large-scale infrastructure projects will be much appreciated.

Team Coordination: This role requires effective communication and coordination among many stakeholders including suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, and on-site personnel. Directly affecting project results will be your ability to maintain high morale, offer clear direction, and foster a cooperative workplace.

Cost Management: Overseeing expenditures, managing project budgets, and guaranteeing financial compliance with agreements will be a major task. Effective project delivery will depend on the capacity to spot cost-saving chances without sacrificing on quality.
