What you will actually do (other than respond to emails):

– Manage core banking projects end to end (including Finacle).
– Herding cats (coordinating business, IT, and third-party vendors.)
– Develop project plans that are more than just files sitting on a servers.
– Track progress and identify risks before they turn into “5 alarms” and escalate when you need to.

— Setting up meetings that actually have a point, not just endless “syncs.”

— Making sure all the paperwork and compliance junk is sorted, not just shoved under the rug.
— Translating business speak into tech speak (and vice versa) so nobody gets lost in translation.
— Rolling up your sleeves during testing and QA because “done” actually means “works.”
— Watching the clock and the budget so nothing goes sideways.

Who we’re after:

— Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or some flavor of that.
— Five+ years running the show as a Project Manager in banking or IT.
— Hardcore experience with core banking systems (Finacle is a must, not a maybe).
— PMP or something similar is a sweet bonus.
— You’ve led big, hairy transformation projects and survived.
— Agile, Waterfall—doesn’t matter, you can roll with both.
— You don’t freak out talking to stakeholders. You know how to lead and actually listen.
— Sharp brain, problem-solver, not afraid of the details.
— Can juggle a million things when the pressure’s on.
