Job Description

Position Overview: The Project Engineer is going to be an essential figure in planning and overseeing high-end projects in real estate development that will be done by Reef Luxury Developments. The perfect candidate will take care that the set project goals are reached in an effective way and at the same time be of the highest quality as well as safe.

Project Planning and Execution: The Project Engineer will take part in making the project plans, timelines, and financial allocations with the Project Manager. Daily site operations will be the engineer’s responsibility, him or her to watch the progress of the project and make sure that all the works are of the right quality and meet the design standards.

Technical Coordination: The Project Engineer will make sure there is good technical accuracy and quick supply of materials by bringing the design consultants, contractors, and suppliers together. This will involve checking the drawings, confirming the technical information, and sorting out any difficulties that might come up during construction.

Quality and Safety Compliance: The Project Engineer will be responsible for quality control and for making sure that safety measures are followed very strictly. The engineer will carry out site inspection, apply safety measures, and check that all work is done according to the laws of the company and the government.

Communication and Reporting: The candidate who is successful will write and give out the project’s progress reports regularly, will revise the project’s paperwork, and will be in constant communication with everyone involved. The smooth and clear communication will be very crucial in supporting the making of decisions during all the phases of the project.

Problem Solving and Innovation: The Project Engineer will point out the risks that may come up in the projects, offer easy solutions, and bring about new methods that would make the projects result better.
