Here’s the situation: Prestige One is looking for a real Procurement Executive – not one that just ticks boxes – we mean a hunting, deal finder, vendor wrangler, delivery tracker who will fight to make sure everything lands (just simply due to the amount of stress and time it takes to track an event deal down, is not fun). You will be a big plus if you are from a real estate events background with sourcing, vendor wrangling, and logistics. If you can rock it all with one hand behind your back, you could be the Procurement Executive we are looking for.

What you’ll actually do:

– Handle all things procurement for our real estate events—finding suppliers, picking the winners, and making sure we don’t get ripped off
– Flex those negotiation muscles and keep our vendors on their toes (no pushovers here)
– Coordinate logistics like a boss—if you’re the type who loves a good spreadsheet, even better
– Keep an eye on budgets so we don’t blow all our cash on the wrong stuff
– Team up with other departments and make sure our procurement plans line up with project deadlines (because yes, we all hate last-minute panics)

What you need to bring:

– At least 2 years doing procurement gigs, ideally in events or real estate (basically, know your way around these industries)
– You’ve managed suppliers and know how to get a good deal—show us you can negotiate without blinking
– UAE driving license + your own wheels (non-negotiable, sorry)
– Organizational skills that would make Marie Kondo jealous, and you can actually communicate like a human
– Oh, and you’ve gotta already be in Dubai—no exceptions
