Job Description

Employment We are looking for a seasoned Piping Superintendent on a long-term construction site found in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Strongly grounded experienced professionals in managing pipeline operations inside major-scale industrial or infrastructural projects would match this position very well. The successful applicant will supervise on-site execution, guarantee conformance with project specifications, and efficiently handle teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In the role of Piping Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate site piping activities, which will include installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems. Additionally, you will manage the labor force, enforce safety, and stay in tune with the project schedule.

Construction Inspections/Project Management: In this capacity, you will coordinate inspections and mechanical completion reviews regularly with the construction and commissioning teams, as well as with project leadership. You will utilize coordination and scheduling techniques to anticipate ahead of engineers and supervision to inspect materials, foundations, locations, connections, and installations (shipping, sequencing, etc.) for proper technical quality prior to installation or use in the IBW.

It is essential to ensure that project criteria, quality criteria, and safety regulations are observed. Regular inspections will be needed; non-compliance reports must be submitted if needed; and remedial measures must be quickly implemented. Keeping a safe environment calls for active leadership.

Technical Knowledge: You must have strong knowledge of piping systems, construction drawings, isometric and P&ID drawings, welding procedures, and codes (ASME/API). You would be expected to be able to resolve technical conflicts in the field and help direct teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of that construction.

Project Coordination: You will work closely with quality inspectors, planners, and project engineers to make sure every milestone is met. The position requires continuous progress updates, manpower estimates, and meticulous record keeping for inspections and clearances.
