payroll processing responsibilities: preparing and managing payroll for a workforce of more than 1000 employees will be the responsibility of the ideal applicant. This entails precisely and effectively reconciling payroll problems as well as computing compensation, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and salary calculations.

You will ensure up-to-date timekeeping, attendance, and leave records in the payroll system and manage employee data. Preventing payroll mistakes and guaranteeing legal compliance will call for meticulous approach and attention to detail.

Coordination with HR and Finance: Close cooperation with the HR and finance departments is needed to reconcile payroll records with employment agreements, attendance systems, and bank payment schedules. You will assist to match payroll with audit needs and company rules.

Legal Compliance: The Payroll Assistant must keep abreast of UAE labor laws, WPS rules, and salary protection system policies. You will help to guarantee that all wage payouts conform to current UAE salary standards and that any required reporting is submitted on time.

Reporting and Auditing: You will help to conduct internal or external audits, produce monthly payroll reports, and address staff payroll inquiries. You may also help create pay stubs, end-of-service computations, and other payroll-related documents.
