Pak Poly Industries Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of acrylic material in Pakistan, is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and result oriented professional for the following position for its factory situated at Kasur, Punjab.

Plant Head (Senior Manager)

The incumbent will lead our manufacturing facility and ensure seamless plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, administration, safety, and compliance, while driving efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead total plant processes so that production targets are always met.
• Manage administrative, technological, and workforce management operations.
• Make certain that quality, safety, and environmental rules are followed.
• Create and execute operational excellence and process improvement tactics.
• Work with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams for seamless operations.
• Guide, coach, and motivate the plant crew to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from a respected university along with at least – With at least 5 years in a leadership position, 15 years of pertinent expertise in big manufacturing sectors.
• Age should not exceed 45 years.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capacity are necessary; validated problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of production methods, safety rules, and compliance criteria should be present.
