Main Duties:

– Supervise daily operations to guarantee excellent service delivery.
– Guide, teach, and mentor employees to maximise development and performance.
Develop and maintain close customer relationships.
– Effectively allocate resources and administer employee schedules.
– Work with management to improve processes and workflows.
– Track KPIs, spot deficiencies, and apply fixes.
– Guarantee compliance with company rules, processes, and safety norms.

Requirements and qualifications:

– A business management (or related field) degree or certification
– 5–10 years of operating or facility management expertise
– Leadership proven and team management abilities
– Great organizational and problem-solving skills
– Great interpersonal and communication abilities
– Capacity to manage several priorities and under duress
