WE ARE HIRING OPERATIONS/CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
QUALIFICATION
- MBA/BBA, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
REPORTS TO
- Assistant Operations Manager/RM
SKILLS
- 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Fleet Management.
- Field coordination capability with a proactive approach to closing loops.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Background in Power BI preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
LOCATION
- Lahore
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Correspond with customers for daily order bookings.
- Coordinate with Operations to execute orders within the lead time.
- Bridge the gap between customers and Operations for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain daily log sheets and reconcile to ensure accurate record management.
- Present analyses on fastest routes, dwell times, loading/offloading delays, with reasons, to optimize vehicle utilization and sourcing.
