1) Guest Service Agent
– You gotta speak Russian (like, really speak it—not just “I watch Russian Youtube sometimes”).

2) Assistant Bell Captain
– At least two years running around in concierge, bell desk, or something similar.
– Leadership chops. You’ll be wrangling the bell crew, not just carrying bags.
– Know your way around luggage, shuttles, and all that guest stuff.
– English is a must. More languages? Bonus points.

3) Call Center Agent
– Some real experience in a call center or customer service gig (hospitality stuff is gold).
– Gotta have your English game strong. Like, really strong.
