Secret Gardens is on the hunt for a Mechanical/Plumbing Manager. We’re not your run-of-the-mill landscaping company either. Eight years deep in the UAE scene, pools and green spaces everywhere… yeah, we know our stuff. The vibe here? So if you’re the type

Who likes to roll up your sleeves, isn’t afraid to boss a few folks around, and you know your way around a set of blueprints—let’s talk. We’re growing, and we want sharp people along for the ride.

What you’ll actually do:

– Keep an eagle eye on all plumbing stuff at the site: pools, irrigation, drainage, you name it.
– Do the math—literally. You’ll design pools, figure out water flow, size up the right equipment.
– Not allergic to blueprints? Good. You’ll be reading a lot of those.
– Estimate materials without pulling numbers out of thin air.
– Oversee install, test, and fix plumbing systems (think pipes, pumps, valves, all that fun stuff).
– Troubleshoot when things go sideways—because they always do, let’s be real.
– Make sure everything is by the book (local codes, safety, all that official jazz).
– Keep track of tools and materials, don’t let things go missing or fall apart.
– Move your crew around as needed, site to site—no drama.
– Actually talk to other humans: project managers, clients, tradespeople on site.

What you need:

– At least 3 years doing this kind of thing (construction, pools, plumbing, managing people).
– Some paper to prove you know plumbing (diploma, certificate, whatever).
– Not just a desk jockey—you know how to handle a site and a crew.
– You don’t melt in the sun or run from a little dirt. Most of this is outdoors.
– Know your way around pool plumbing (filters, pumps, jets, backwash, all that jazz).
– Got a driver’s license? Sweet. Also, be chill with flexible hours.
– AutoCAD doesn’t scare you.

What’s even better:

– You’ve juggled both residential and commercial projects.
– You know the local plumbing/mechanical codes and how to get stuff approved.
– You can train rookies without pulling your hair out.
– Safety is your thing and you actually notice details.
