Manager Aftersales

Job Description

• Lead aftersales operations for the truck segment, ensuring efficient service delivery, reduced downtime, and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor workshop performance, warranty handling, parts availability, and service KPIs across regions.
• Drive process improvements, cost control, and compliance with OEM standards and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with service teams, dealers, and technical support to resolve escalations and enhance service quality.
