Mark & Save Jobs
So—feeling fed up with the same old grind? Maybe thinking it’s about time you leveled up? Listen, retail isn’t for the faint of heart, but if you’re wired for fast-paced days, a bit of chaos, and the thrill of seeing your team crush it, Mark & Save is basically screaming your name. We’re not talking about just another day behind the counter. We want folks who are hungry, who see a crowded store and think, “Game on.” Our walk-in interview event is coming up in Kuwait, and honestly, if you’ve got skills, why wouldn’t you show up?
Here’s the deal
Bring your CV. Don‘t waste your time filling in an online application form and waiting for that phone call that never comes. We want to meet you, face to face. How refreshing!
Show us who you really are. Retail’s changing fast, especially here in Kuwait, and we’re not looking for people who just want to coast along. We need movers. Shakers. People who get things done even when the pressure’s on and the line at the register is halfway out the door.
Why bother with Mark & Save?
Glad you asked, because honestly, there’s a lot more going on here than you might think.
Career growth is real
We’re not just dangling a carrot. People actually get promoted around here. There are stories—like, “Started as cashier, now I’m running the show”—and they’re not made up.
The money’s competitive
Let’s be real, you work to get paid. Plus, our benefits don’t suck. Health, perks, all that.
Zero tolerance for boring, uptight offices
It is a cocktail of personalities, backgrounds, and languages – you will hear Arabic, Hindi, and English on your lunch break, and there is no judgement on where you have come from, only on what you can do.
Our name carries weight
When you say you work for Mark & Save, people know you mean business. That’s bragging rights, right there.
Learning never stops
We won’t just throw you in the deep end and hope you don’t sink. Our training is actually useful, and—bonus—it makes you better at what you do.
Open Role Supermarket Manager
Okay, this isn’t entry-level stuff. If you’ve spent the last three years or more as a section supervisor or higher in a supermarket or hypermarket, congratulations—you might just fit right in. You’ll need to know your way around Excel (and not just for making grocery lists), and you should have the kind of business sense that lets you spot an opportunity a mile away. Communication? Huge. If you can switch from English to Arabic to Hindi without skipping a beat, we’re already impressed.
But here’s the thing
Management is about more than just telling the people on your team what to do. It‘s about reading the room, inspiring a team of sleep–deprived zombies who are drinking all the coffee, and keeping your calm when the shipment doesn‘t arrive and the customers want to know why they have not had their orders fulfilled. We need you to be a leader, not just a boss.
Why Now? Why Here?
Kuwait’s retail scene is on the move, and Mark & Save is at the front of the pack. You want to be part of something that’s actually going somewhere? This is it. You’ll get a say in how things’re done, new ideas aren’t just “suggestion box” material—they actually get tried out. You’ll be surrounded by people who care about what they do, and you’ll probably make a few friends along the way. Or at least have some epic staff meal stories.
