Job Description

Logistics Operations Management: The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily logistics operations to ensure that all deliveries and collections and completed effectively and within the required timeframes. The Logistics Executive is responsible for the supervising transport activities, as well as the proper coordination of warehouse and/or distribution planning for both clients and the company.

Coordination and Communication: Active cooperation with suppliers, transporters, warehouse employees, and internal departments is required for this position. In order to avoid bottlenecks, boost productivity, and preserve operational excellence across various logistics channels, the logistic executive will make sure that teams communicate with each other seamlessly.

Fleet and Transportation Management: To maximize utilization, minimize downtime, and control fuel and maintenance costs, the chosen applicant will supervise both company-owned and third-party fleets. Compliance and efficiency require a thorough awareness of UAE road laws, customs processes, and logistics requirements.

Cost control and process optimization: The logistics executive will assess supplier performance, analyze logistics data, and implement economical routing techniques. To increase total profitability, they will keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs), manage logistics budgets, and spot chances for ongoing development.

Conformance and Documentation: Resolving compliance issues with UAE customs, international trade and logistics regulations will be a key responsibility. The applicant will record all relevant shipment documentation, tracking reports, and records in accordance with company and government regulations to ensure seamless, transparent operations.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: To effectively address delivery delays, damaged items, and vendor inconsistencies, the position demands fast decision-making and strong analytical abilities. For all logistics-related issues, the logistic executive will serve as the main point of contact and offer solutions that uphold client happiness and service dependability.
