Job Position – Licensing Officer

Company Name – Saudi German Hospital

Provides a high-level and seamless Dubai Health Authority & Ministry of Health licensing service to the Doctor, nursing, Allied Health and support staff including senior management roles in a timely and efficient manner, in line with the Saudi German Hospital’s organizational strategy, while understanding the value added by the timely processing of clinical licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide timely Ministry Of Health licensing solutions for the newly appointed candidates and covers the full spectrum of licensing.
Take ownership for each new licensing process, providing insight on eligibility, timelines to process, update the licensing trackers.
Uploads the MOHAP applications and follows up with the MOH personnel on a regular basis on the applications submitted.
Applies Malpractice Insurance for newly joined medical staff
Renews and cancels the MOH license for Employees as and when applicable.
Ensures systematic data is maintained meeting the MOH and Joint Commission International Accreditation standards.
Prepares and maintains accurate expense report for the corporate credit cards used for the MOHAP and Dataflow portals.
Processing of MOH Visiting/Hospital Service License as per the requirement of Management.
Obtain MOHAP License Hospital Advertisements
Coordinate with Public Relation Team for the completion of MOH Final Licensing process.

Qualification:-

Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or related field
Knowledge of Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) for Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals is essential.
Knowledge and understanding of medical terminologies would be a definite advantage.
Skills in computer applications such as SAGE, and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
