What you’ll actually be doing:

– You gotta have 2-3 years of bossing people around in laundry—hotels, hospitals, big commercial places. If you’ve survived linen wars, you’re halfway there.
– Basically, you’ll run the show. Keep the washers spinning, dryers humming, and nobody slacking off.
– You need an eye for the details. No one wants crusty sheets or mystery stains. Hygiene isn’t just a word; it’s your religion here.
– You’re the team captain, so get ready to train newbies and make sure everyone pulls their weight.
– Shifts can get wild—nights, weekends, holidays. Laundry never sleeps, apparently.
– You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should know your way around the machines. If the spin cycle freaks out, you won’t panic.
– Inventory’s on you too. You’ll be counting towels and ordering supplies like it’s Black Friday.
