Job Description

A Labor Camp Manager who is seasoned and committed will be sought by Aroma Contracting to supervise and administer daily labor accommodations in the UAE. The position calls for someone who is accountable, disciplined, and capable of guaranteeing the easy operation of camp infrastructure while still adhering to UAE health and labor laws.

Key responsibilities include room allocation, upkeep of cleanliness and safety standards, camp utility monitoring, and general camp management. guaranteeing the welfare of all employees living in the plant.

Management and Supervision: The candidate will oversee maintenance crews, cleaners, security guards, and camp personnel. They will oversee food, water, power, and transportation as well as guarantee facility upkeep, coordinate repairs as needed, and manage resources.
Compliance & Safety: The Camp Manager will be expected to abide by company policies, municipal guidelines, and UAE labor rules. They will avoid infractions by putting safety precautions into place, carrying out inspections, and keeping precise records.

Employee Ensuring the comfort and welfare of camp inhabitants is a major element of this job. The manager must guarantee facilities like medical support, eating, and leisure are operating correctly; settle disagreements; and handle complaints.
