ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Kitchen Butcher at Millennium Al Rawdah, you are responsible for preparing, portioning, and handling meats, poultry, and seafood with precision and care. Your role supports the kitchen team by ensuring high-quality cuts, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards to help deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

QUALIFICATION:
– Proven experience as a butcher in a hotel, restaurant, or similar kitchen.
– Strong knowledge of meat, poultry, and seafood cuts and preparation techniques.
– Familiarity with food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
– Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail and cleanliness.
– Good teamwork and communication skills.
– Physically fit and able to handle standing, lifting, and cold environments.
