Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Head – Central to direct our client engagement and business growth initiatives across the Punjab area. Driving income, increasing Net Assets Under Management (AUM), creating a top-performing sales force, and deepening client relationships are under the direction of this senior leadership post.
Combining a strong strategic vision with on-ground execution skills, the ideal candidate will enable JS Investments to be the preferred option for mutual funds, investment advisory, solutions for wealth management across institutional, business, and HNW categories.

Essential Responsibilities:

Driven acquisition of new customers, increased wallet share, and consistent delivery of Net Assets Under Management (AUM) growth will help to grow this asset. revenue results consistent with set targets
✔️ Business Development & Market Penetration: Actively promoting JS Investments’ mutual funds and investing options to institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth customers across Punjab will help you to find and convert new business prospects.
Through consistent interaction, performance reporting, and after-sales care, develop and keep long-term relationships.
Recommend portfolio distributions in keeping with JSIL’s philosophy; provide top-notch advisory services over asset categories—equity, fixed income, and alternative investments. Philosophy on investments and customer risk profiles
✔️ Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Make sure client documentation is correct as per regulations and work with internal teams for flawless processing.
Stay abreast of changing market circumstances, legislative developments, and product innovations using market intelligence and risk awareness. Use knowledge to guide internal strategy and client meetings.

Tutorial:

Ideally, one has a master’s degree in finance, economics, business management, or a near comparable subject.
Experience:
Eight to ten years of rising business growth, institutional or corporate sales ideally in Asset Management or banking sector.
Verified leadership experience in team management.
