Job Description:
ADA is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our IT Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware and software issues, providing prompt and effective support under the supervision of the IT Support Supervisor. This role involves diagnosing technical problems, installing and maintaining computer systems, and contributing to the overall efficiency of IT operations. The position also supports additional IT projects as assigned and plays a key role in maintaining service quality and user satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate will have:

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent qualification acceptable).
– Must be a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), basic network concepts, and Certification in ITIL & CCNA is a plus.
– Minimum of 4 years of related IT support experience, preferably in the aviation sector.
– Proven experience in customer service and managing technical support in high-pressure environments.
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
– Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise software.
– Conference room troubleshooting and maintenance.
– Prior experience with Envision Rusada, AIMS, ERP systems is an advantage.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
