DXBMarine
IT Assistant Jobs UAE
Alright, here’s the deal: you’ll be the go-to tech wizard at DXBMarine. Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everyone’s computers from melting down (sometimes literally).
What you’ll actually do:
– Tinker with computers, printers, and all sorts of gadgets—set ‘em up, keep ‘em running, and fix them when they throw a tantrum.
– You’ll be the first call when someone’s Outlook won’t open or the WiFi decides to take a nap.
– Set up new folks with emails and passwords, and make sure they don’t accidentally have access to the CEO’s files. No pressure.
– Keep an eye on the internet and local networks—if things get glitchy, you’re on it.
– Updates, backups, and security checks? Yeah, those are on your plate too.
– Keep track of all the tech stuff—inventory, paperwork, the works.
– Help roll out new systems or upgrades (sometimes they’re fun, sometimes… not so much).
– Deal with outside IT vendors if things get really wild.
What you probably need:
– Some kind of diploma or degree in IT, Comp Sci, or something close.
– Ideally, you’ve been in tech support for a year or three. If you’ve done it in the UAE or GCC, that’s a big plus.
– You know your way around Windows, Mac, Office, and basic networking stuff.
– Solid troubleshooting skills—if you love solving puzzles and fixing stuff, you’ll fit right in.
– Good at talking to people and working in a team. No lone wolves here.
– If you’ve survived IT support in the Gulf, you already know the drill.
If this sounds
Like your thing, hey, maybe you’re the tech superhero we’re looking for.
