Job Position – Information Technology Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Offer technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Find and fix security incidents, connectivity issues, and IT system outages.
Computer, printer, and IT equipment install, setup, and maintenance.
Handle user accounts, email settings, and access control.
Including installation, updates, and troubleshooting, provide support for MS Office programs including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
To guarantee corporate continuity, apply and oversee disaster recovery and data backup strategies.
Include firewall administration, antivirus updates, and vulnerability patching among the cybersecurity measures to be monitored and enforced for the protection of corporate information.
Through regular system audits and monitoring, find and reduce possible security threats.
Keep up asset management, inventories, and IT documents.
Coordinate with outside providers for IT-related buying and services.
Help to establish and maintain office networks and server.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
Established technical support, troubleshooting, and network/system administration experience.
Solid understanding of Mac, Windows, cloud-based programs, and MS Office Suite.
Knowing encryption tools, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and cyber security procedures.
Undergo practical application and maintenance of backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
Ability to recognize and respond to phishing, malware, and other online threats.
Capacity to work under pressure and great problem-solving abilities.
Superb cooperation and communication skills.
