Job Title – IT Help Desk Aid

Key Tasks:

– Give help for all tech gear, apps, & net woes.
– Find & fix IT stops, net woes, & safe faults.
– Set up, run, & fix PCs, prints, & other tech tools.
– Run user ids, mail set-ups, & way in norms.
– Help with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, & more), put in, make new, & help use.
– Start & run data save & bad event fix plans.
– Watch & keep safe the firm data with net safe steps.
– Seek & cut safe risks by watch & check-ups.
– Keep IT files, stats, & gear counts.
– Work with out-team traders for IT buys & aid.
– Aid in set up & keep of web works & main tech.

Needs:

– IT or Comp Sci School background.
– Proven past in tech help, fix, & web/system boss.
– Deep grasp of Windows, Mac, cloud use, & MS Office set.
– Know of safe walls, safe check tools, code tools, & net safe ways.
– Past in keep back-up rules & bad event fix plans.
– Can spot & act to fish, bad soft, & web risks.
– Great fix skill & can work when in stress.
– Top talk & team skill.
