Position Summary:

In the role of IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring, maintenance, and management of the computer hardware, software, and network systems at the hotel. You will play a critical role in supporting the operation of the hotel by ensuring reliable, consistent and effective IT Services and high-quality support to internal users and guests.

Primary Duties:

• Serve as the main liaison for any service of all PC hardware
• Manage software licensing and maintenance contracts for all systems
• Maintain the inventory of IT supplies
• Recording and tracking all service and hardware calls
• Tracking all configuration records, program files, and data files on all systems
• Tracking the performance of all software being used along with supporting reports of integrity reports, mayhem, and fixes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in IT or related field.
• Job relevant experience in a similar post with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of IT.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• The ability to design networks and provide technical leadership.
