Battled the Dubai fit-out scene for at least 4–6 years—retail or F&B, extra points if you’ve tangled with mall projects. You gotta know your HVAC design inside out, and actually know how to make stuff work on site, not just draw pretty lines.

Tools?

HAP, AutoCAD, Duct Sizer—if you’re squinting at those, maybe keep scrolling. Oh, and you better be able to charm your way through DEWA, DCD, and DM approvals, or you’ll be stuck in paperwork jail forever.
