How Hunarmand Punjab Lifts the Digital Economy

We believe everyone deserves a shot, so our e-learning platform gives free access to digital courses and certifications. This opens doors — not just to jobs, but to entrepreneurship too. Pakistan already has over 600,000 IT pros, and 20,000 fresh grads join the tech world every year. Still, there’s a big gap between what the industry needs and the skills people have. Programs like e-Rozgar have made a real impact, creating more than 126,000 jobs and helping over 1,300 startups get off the ground. The government’s backing shows just how serious this digital push is.

Online learning isn’t just about convenience — it makes education affordable and available to more people. That’s a game changer for filling those skill gaps. Right now, Pakistan’s IT workforce sits somewhere between 500,000 and 700,000, but the demand is way higher — over 2.5 million. When more people get the right skills, local industries grow, we rely less on outside experts, and our $3.5 billion IT sector gets a real shot at competing with giants like India and China.
