Job Position – HR Coordinator

The Human Resources department will be supported through the proper handling of routine HR activities, staffing, employee relations, documentation, and HR administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities:
In events, be a recruiter aide: preselect CVs, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and post job ads.
Managing employee records’ maintenance as well as preparation (contracts, offer letters, personal files, leave, etc.)
Assist joining formalities and onboarding process support the orientation programs.
Handle paperwork related to visas, medical needs, and other government-related HR needs (if you live in the UAE).
Support for planning HR-related training sessions and other events.
Maintain employee databases appropriately updated and HR systems at a high level.
Raise the issues if need arises and walk staff through the HR-related processes.
Give the necessary employee information—absences, leave, overtime, and so forth—to help arrange the payroll.
Take steps to guarantee adherence of HR best practices, company policies, and labor laws.
Qualifications and abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or any other comparable discipline.
One to three years of HR/administrative expertise; hospitality experience is a benefit.
Good familiarity with HR processes and UAE labor regulations.
Capacity to multitask and arrange efficiently.
You are quite adept at the M.S. office and HR software systems.
