Position: Head of Department (HOD) – Primary Level

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the department to ensure effective teaching and learning.
– Design and implement curriculum plans aligned with the school’s educational standards.
– Supervise, mentor, and support teachers in the department for continuous professional development.
– Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their academic growth.
– Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school-wide activities and events.
– Ensure the overall academic success and well-being of students in the department.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the UAE in the respective subject.

Education:
– A regular 3-year Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
– A 2-year Master’s degree in the same subject.
– A B.Ed. qualification in the relevant subject.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and curriculum development.
– Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
