This person’s at the top of the food chain when it comes to making sure things don’t go haywire. You’ll be the one people look to when someone asks, “Why is this not up to code?” Basically, you’ll live and breathe standards, maybe even quote them in your sleep. If you know your way around ISO checklists and can wrangle a team into shape, you’ll fit right in.

1) QA/QC Engineer (brainy problem-solver required)

This isn’t just about crunching numbers or ticking boxes. We want someone who actually enjoys untangling messes and chasing perfection (not literally, but you get the vibe). Bring your toolbox of technical skills, and don’t be afraid to speak up when you spot something fishy. You’ll work with everyone from the folks on the floor to the higher-ups—so, yeah, communication skills matter big time.

2) QA/QC Inspector (got an eagle eye? Perfect.)

The human magnifying glass. If you spot sloppy work from a mile away, you’re who we’re after. You’ll be out there in the thick of it, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Attention to detail is your superpower. Bring your hard hat and your “not on my watch” attitude.

3) Site Safety Manager (basically the safety boss)

You’re the guardian angel of the job site. Helmets, harnesses, safety briefings—people will come to you for all of it, and probably a few things that aren’t even safety-related (that’s just how it goes). If you love keeping people out of harm’s way and can handle a bit of chaos, let’s talk.

4) Safety Officers (a squad of ‘em, because you can never have too much safety)

Let’s be real—safety is a team sport. 5) Safety Supervisor (herding cats, but for safety stuff)

You’ll wrangle the safety officers and make sure everyone’s playing by the rules. Expect to juggle paperwork, people, and the occasional “what on earth is that?” situation. It’s part referee, part coach—never boring, sometimes a little wild.

7) Site Logistics In Charge (the person who actually knows where things are)

Ever walk onto a site and wonder how anything gets done? That’s where you step in. You’ll be the go-to for “Hey, where’s the thingamajig?” or “Did that shipment ever show up?” Organization is your jam, and you’re not afraid to get your boots dirty.
