What’s the gig?

GCC Contracting – one of those large construction firms that you see taking up a lot of real estate on the Dubai skyline – would like to find people that actually know what they are doing. If you are conversant with the grind, take the hours, ON SITES, able to handle large scale projects, and not get spooked when there’s pressure (because there will be), then come to the walk-in interview. They need someone to jump in and perform. No pretenders.

They’ve built a ton of fancy buildings and pulled off massive infrastructure projects. If you’re into working with people who take safety and quality seriously (and don’t want your hard hat to be just for show), you’ll fit in. They want folks who actually care about doing things right.

Openings (aka, what they need):

– Construction Manager
– Project Engineer
– Site Engineer
– Foreman (all trades)
– Chargehands (all trades)

What you’ll actually be doing:

– Bossing people around (the good kind)—on-site, making sure everything’s running smooth
– Planning stuff, executing, adjusting when things go sideways
– Getting the team to hit deadlines, no excuses
– Sorting out tech and on-site headaches before they become disasters

You need to have:

– Real experience in construction (not just “watched a few YouTube tutorials”)
– Actually know how construction stuff works—tools, methods, you name it
– Can handle a team without losing your mind
– Ready to start, like, yesterday (immediate joiners only)
– Solid communication and leadership chops
– Extra points if you’ve got trade certs for foreman/chargehand gigs
