Key responsibilities include daily front desk activities, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing employee schedules, and guaranteeing compliance with hotel standards. You will be a role model for the front desk staff, upholding great service standards while also aiding management with operational and reporting needs.

Based in the dynamic ECOS Dubai Hotel, a hotel recognized for its contemporary hospitality and guest-focused philosophy, this position You will work with various divisions, including housekeeping, reservations, and concierge, to offer flawless guest experiences.
