Major Tasks:

– Customer service: Give consumers outstanding treatment.
– Help clients with remittance, foreign currency, and other financial needs.
– Handle customer questions professionally and quickly by resolving concerns.
Confirm client documents according to AML/KYC and compliance standards.
– Assist branches in their daily transactions and guarantee that they go well.
– Follow company rules and keep exact transaction logs.
– Process foreign exchange and money transfers among other daily cash transactions.
– Make sure money handling, counting, and trade balance are correct.
– Offer outstanding branch counter customer care.
– Check consumer papers against corporate rules and compliance standards (AML/KYC).
– Offer both current and new clients foreign exchange and remittance options.
– Reach branch-level corporate goals via proactive customer interaction.
– Carry out marketing initiatives including branch initiatives, discounts, and neighborhood outreach.
– Build loyalty and repeated business by nurturing and establishing solid customer connections.
– Find chances for new client acquisition and cross-selling.
– Collaborate with branch managers to apply local marketing plans.

Standards:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any field.
– Prior expertise as a Cashier / Teller in an Exchange House or Bank in the UAE sought after.
Strong oral and numerical abilities.
– Customer service-oriented with detail.
– Knowing AML/KYC requirements in the UAE is an asset.
