Job Description

Being the first point of contact for consumers, Front Line Associate guarantees they get a friendly greeting and customized care. Understanding clients’ needs, responding to their inquiries, and providing great service at every engagement will be your job. Your everyday activities will center around a great attention on consumer happiness.
Financial Transactions: You will be accountable for safely and effectively managing remittances, foreign currency, and other financial services. This covers careful transaction handling, cash flow management, and compliance of all activities with the financial rules of the organization. Managing daily activities efficiently will require great accuracy and thoroughness.
A big part of your work will be making sure AML and KYC rules are rigorously followed. You will confirm client paperwork, modify transaction records, and ensure all compliance standards are satisfied without fail. This guarantees that the organization keeps entirely in line with the UAE’s legal system.
Beyond personal client service, you will help with administrative chores and guarantee daily workflow is unaffected to support general branch operations. From supporting operational assistance to ensuring transaction correctness, your contributions will help to keep the branch running smoothly.
Sales and Promotion: Promoting the company’s remittance and exchange services to both current and potential consumers will also fall on you under this position. You will help boost corporate growth and contribute to meeting sales targets by aggressively engaging in branch campaigns, marketing efforts, and community involvement.
One main duty will be to develop enduring consumer relationships by making sure consumers feel appreciated and supported. You will meaningfully interact with clients, grasp their requirements, and spot cross-selling possibilities. Good relationship management will promote client retention and loyalty.
