Role Overview: The Foreman – Steel Fixer is going to be the main supervisor responsible for all steel reinforcement activities at the project site. The suitable person for this role will have vast experience in managing steel fixing teams, inaccuracy of the structure and safety of the site. This position requires very good leaders and an in-depth knowledge of the construction methods used in large-scale infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities: You will coordinate and supervise the steel fixing crews as a Foreman, check drawings and bar bending schedules, and make sure that all the reinforcement work done according to the project specifications. You will control the progress, distribute the workforce in the best way, and see to it that quantity and timing are always up to the standards on the site.

Technical Expertise: The job is to check the ability to read structural and civil drawings, comprehend reinforcement detailing and direct the crew on proper installation techniques. The Foreman will be expected to spot potential technical problems very early and propose easy to implement solutions which maintain the project’s structural integrity.
