Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Foreign Currency Cashier to join our team at a leading Remittance and Money Exchange company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing foreign currency exchange business at our branches by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate transactions, and supporting the overall growth of the foreign exchange (FX) business.

As a Foreign Currency Cashier, you will be responsible for handling foreign currency transactions, assisting customers with their currency exchange needs, and contributing to achieving branch sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a foreign currency exchange, banking, or financial services environment, preferably in a remittance or money exchange company.
• Strong understanding of foreign currency markets, exchange rates, and money exchange processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and drive business growth.
• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in handling cash and financial transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as needed.
