Finance Manager – Hospital Background

Overview of the position:

Kinz Group is looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in healthcare finance with proven experience in the finance function of Hospitals. The Finance Manager will develop the finance function, lead the finance operations, ensure compliance from a regulatory perspective, and provide financial insight to the organization to drive growth.

Main duties:

Finance Planning & Analysis

Oversee the annual hospital budget, monthly forecasts, and performance analysis and provide insight and advice based on KPI’s and variance analysis.

Financial Management

Oversee full accounting functions, ensure billing is accurate, mange the insurance claims process, and manage vendor and other financial obligations.

Cost & Budget Administration

Generate cost-savings, review department budgets and compare (analyse) the actual budgets versus budgets.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws (VAT), healthcare law regulations, audits or inspections, and develop the reporting function for healthcare claims.

Cash Flow Management

Supervise cash reserves, maintain & develop appropriate banking relationships, and ensure cash flow is managed to enable operations.

Jump into leading and developing teams ensuring members are mentored, passionate about their role, setting clear objectives as a team, ensuring team bond, and staff meetings, and review performance.

Strategic Financial Support for Leadership Team

Advise the senior leadership team on financial matters, make business cases for capital investments, with longer-term business plan to develop revenue and understand the implications of changes.
