What you’ll actually be doing:

– Tag-team with the Senior Finance Exec to handle daily money stuff. (You’ll basically be their right hand.)
– Juggle accounts receivable and payable—no dropping the ball.
– Be that person who chases down clients for payments, keeps cash flowing, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
– Help out with reconciliations, reports, and whatever paperwork needs wrangling.
– Jump in on a bit of everything: some HR bits, admin tasks, the works. Flexibility is key.

You’ll need:
– At least 2 years working the finance/accounts grind in the UAE. If you know the ropes here, that’s a win.
– Communication skills that actually get results—especially when it comes to collections. Negotiation isn’t just a buzzword.
– The ability to multitask like a pro and not lose your mind in a fast-paced logistics environment. It gets wild.
