JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Infrastructure Management, maintain Microsoft Windows Servers including Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Oversee VMware virtualization environments and ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Administer and optimize Azure and AWS cloud environments, including compute, storage, and networking. * Manage Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Implement and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Veritas).
• Networking & Security
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches and enterprise wireless networks.
• Manage VOIP systems for reliable and efficient communication.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPN solutions, and SDWAN deployments for secure and optimized connectivity.
• Ensure network security best practices, incident response, and threat mitigation. Operations & Support
• Lead NOC operations for 24 by 7 monitoring and incident management.
• Oversee Service Desk or Help Desk operations to ensure timely and effective IT support. * Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders for smooth IT service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures.

EXPERIENCE:

5-8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). Relevant certifications preferred: MCSE/MCSA, VMware VCP, Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, ITIL.

SKILLS:

Microsoft Server administration (2016/2019/2022), VMware virtualization. Azure & AWS Cloud management. Office 365 administration. Backup solutions. Cisco switches & enterprise wireless solutions. VOIP system management. VPN technologies & SD-WAN
