Job Position – Facilities Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement the PPM planner based on asset conditions
– Monitor and troubleshoot MEP assets
– Coordinate with vendors to meet SLA/KPI requirements
– Manage emergency maintenance and technical escalations
– Maintain daily operation reports and performance evaluations
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE standards
– Conduct training sessions for site manpower and ensure SOP awareness
– Perform regular inspections and audits for optimal operations
– Monitor energy consumption and material issuance to meet company targets

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– 3 to 4 years of experience in the FM field
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong technical expertise
