Role Summary: EYFS Teacher at Al Jazeera Academy will be instrumental in determining the initial phase of a child’s educational path. For youngsters between three and five years old, this role concentrates on establishing a secure, interesting, and caring environment thereby forming their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Developing interesting learning activities that arouse curiosity and a lifetime passion for learning will be your responsibility.

Essential Responsibilities: Based on the Early Years Foundation Stage, your main responsibilities will include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons. You will see and document the development of every child, pinpoint areas for improvement and adjust exercises to satisfy particular learning requirements. Your teaching strategy will center on fostering independence, encouraging social interaction, and supporting play-based learning.

Child-Centered Learning: Designs of activities will guarantee children grow essential early literacy and numeracy abilities together with physical coordination and emotional awareness as well as balanced structured learning with creative exploration. Hands-on activities, storytelling, outdoor play, and sensory-based experiences enhancing whole child development will be given special attention.
