Job Title – Estimator, quantity surveyor

Someone to become member of their tender team is needed here. The successful candidate will be in charge of precise cost estimation and competitive pricing to guarantee all submissions are finished to the greatest standards and within deadlines.

Main Roles:

To create precise cost projections, analyze the requirements, standards, and drawings of a project.
Cooperate with the tendering team to create competitive tender submissions.
From sub-contractors and suppliers, find, evaluate, and analyze quotes.
Drawing, BOQs, and tender paperwork of the project should be interpreted.
Tendering preparation and costing on time.
keeping pricing history, cost data, and any submission documents current.

Requirements:

Expertise as a Estimator, QS, or similar role in tenders.
Showed analytical, numerical, and problem-solving ability.
Outstanding accuracy and exquisite attention to detail.
Capacity to work under duress and satisfy rigid deadlines.
Offers a strong working understanding of MS Office Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and shows expertise in estimating/QS program.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Experience in tendering/ estimating spanning 2 to 4 years
Experience in EHQS/estimating tools and advanced Excel abilities
