The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort setting. Experience in managing fast-paced operations and interacting with a high-profile, diverse clientele is essential. The role requires a courteous, self-reliant individual who can work discreetly and handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality. You should be proactive, “switched on,” and possess an outgoing, charismatic, and approachable personality. Strong spoken and written English skills are a must. The ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining a commitment to quality, is essential. The position also demands the following core competencies:

Responsibilities

•  Experience with Property Management Systems, preferably OPERA
  Proficient in desktop management and troubleshooting
  Skilled in printer management and troubleshooting
  Experience with Point of Sale systems, ideally Micros Symphony
  Basic networking and troubleshooting expertise
  Knowledge of Active Directory services, DNS, and DHCP
  Strong understanding of hotel operations
  Embraces diversity and differences
  Customer-focused with strong adaptability
  Effective communication skills
