- Review the basic design drawings issued by the Project Consultant.
- Study the architectural and structural drawings of the project.
- Update drawings according to corrections marked by the Engineer.
- Produce high-quality HVAC, electrical, and plumbing drawings using 2D CAD software.
- Create accurate MEP plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Coordinate MEP services with other disciplines, including structural and architectural services.
- Measure quantities of related required items as necessary.
- Prepare as-built drawings.
- Maintain full awareness of the latest regulations and requirements from authorities related to MEP services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum educational qualifications: Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering and completion of a CAD course.
- Relevant work experience: 3 to 6 years.
- Language requirement: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Computer skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Autodesk Revit is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with high-rise buildings is preferred.
