CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Essential Requirements:

• Minium bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  Experience of one to three years in a comparable capacity, ideally in the retail or textile sector.
  Strong Customer Relationship Management Awareness
  Job scope: Though not confined to, a customer service representative is accountable for
  Respond to customer questions either by phone, email, or chat.
  Sort out problems with goods or services.
  Decrease clients’ complaints.
  Process orders, returns, and account adjustments.
  Keep notes on and follow customer contacts.
  Work with other teams to address difficult problems.
