You’ll find us right in the thick of Barsha Heights, which is buzzing pretty much all the time. We’re not your grandma’s old hotel, either—think sleek, modern vibes and a killer rooftop pool (yes, the Instagram shots are worth it). Step outside and you’re basically on Sheikh Zayed Road, or hop on the Metro at Dubai Internet City. Inside? We’ve got 237 rooms that don’t skimp on style, a spa that’ll melt your worries, a fitness center for the gym rats, and food that’ll make you want to stay forever. Plus, our staff actually gives a damn about your stay—not just lip service.
Why bother joining us?
Honestly, that’s not what we’re about. If you like that we’re a team and not in name only and that you get to move up, learn and made visible to senior staff – you can stop reading. If you have been with a company before or you are greener than us, we are here for you.
What gigs are up for grabs?
You’ll be the first smile people see (no pressure). Basically, check folks in and out, handle whatever wild requests and questions they toss at you, and make their day a bit better. You gotta know your way around Opera (the hotel software, not the singing), and if you’ve done this in another 4/5-star spot for a year or two, even better.
Bellboy / Driver
You’re the muscle and the wheels—help with luggage, keep the lobby looking sharp, park the cars (manual transmission gets you bonus points), and know Dubai roads like the back of your hand. Got a UAE driving license? Sweet.
Reservation Agent
Phone rings off the hook? You don’t even flinch. Take bookings, work your magic in Opera, keep things running smoothly with the sales and front desk folks, and make sure every guest starts off happy (before they even show up). If you’ve done this before, you know the drill.
Commis III
Love food and don’t mind getting your hands dirty? This is for you. Chop, prep, cook, and keep the kitchen cleaner than your own apartment. Experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen helps, but a good attitude is gold.
Duty Technician (HVAC Wiz)
If you know your way around heating and cooling systems, listen up. We need someone to keep our hotel humming—fix, maintain, and basically be the behind-the-scenes hero who stops the AC from dying in August. Two years in hotel maintenance? Perfect.
How to throw your hat in the ring:
1. Dust off that CV (add your latest stuff, don’t forget your number).
2. Fire off an email with your CV and a quick cover letter saying what job you’re eyeing to:
3. Make your subject lines clear—like, “Job Application – Reservation Agent.
(Don’t get cute, just keep it simple.)
4. Optional: If you’ve got a decent headshot or some snazzy certificates, toss those in too.
That’s it. If you’ve read this far, you might as well apply. Who knows? We could be your next big thing.
