Role Overview: A well-known semi-government Abu Dhabi company seeks an experienced and competent Document Controller for a long-term position. Assurance of the timely processing, consistency, and accuracy of administrative records and project documentation depends on this responsibility.
From beginning to end, the Document Controller will oversee generation, formatting, review, authorization, dissemination, retrieval, and secure archiving of documents. Implementation of documentation policies will guarantee you remarkable attention to detail.
Setting up, maintaining document control registers, using version control, and guaranteeing every document is tracked therefore compromise compliance and version management. Open and changed to meet legal requirements and project criteria.
To guarantee the timely submission, clearance, and collection of paperwork, this position demands close collaboration with inside teams and outside partners. Professionalism and quick follow-up will determine success.
Management and upkeep of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), you ensure that digital workflows are optimized and in line with the document control policies of the company.
Regular compliance checks and audits will enable you to ensure document validity, uniformity, and standardization. Adoption of document templates, nomenclative norms, and indexing systems will be helped by you.
Formatting, Indexing, and Standardization of Papers Collected from Multiple Departments: The work also includes assisting with these aspects. Need attention are internal branding norms and formatting accuracy.
