JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on achievements and areas improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders. Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong knowledge of market, with existing relationships in the industry being a plus. Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the FMCG sector. Food services experience is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 4 to 5 Years minimum
