The successful candidates will have:

• Proven experience as a Pastry CDP or similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
• Expertise in pastry preparation, presentation of desserts and pastry production
• Ability to lead and manage a small team
• A passion for creating quality and appealing desserts
• Good knowledge of HACCP and good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
