About DAMAC Group

So, DAMAC Group, right? Launched back in 2002 and, honestly, they’ve been kind of crushing it in the luxury real estate world ever since. We’re talking everything from fancy apartments to jaw-dropping towers and those bougie communities you see in glossy magazines. They’ve got their fingerprints all over the UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon—heck, they even went global: UK, Canada, Maldives. Pretty wild.

They’ve already handed over like 35,000 posh homes (I know, that’s a lot of keys), and there’s another 30,000 on the way. If you like things that sparkle, DAMAC’s basically your spirit animal. Think: innovation, style, and a serious obsession with good design.

So, Why Work at DAMAC?

People aren’t just cogs in the machine here. You get a legit multicultural vibe—think United Nations, but with more real estate chatter. There’s room to move up (or sideways, if you’re into that), and the pay’s not bad either. Plus, you’ll have your hands in some pretty high-profile projects. If you’re the type who likes to keep learning, there’s training and development stuff, too.

Doesn’t matter if you’re an engineer, a spreadsheet wizard, a tech geek, or just really good at admin—there’s probably a gig here with your name on it.

Hot Jobs at DAMAC Group (a.k.a. Openings You Might Actually Want)

1) Secretary
What you’ll do: Keep execs organized, wrangle their calendars, take calls, answer emails, and basically make sure nothing catches on fire.

You’ll need: Experience with document systems and a weirdly good eye for detail.

What you’ll do: Be the MD’s right hand, keep strategic stuff on track, juggle departments, and basically keep the ship sailing straight.
